Due to spam, scam and hackers abusing our free workflows, specifically the custom template to send phishing emails we've decided to disable workflows for individuals.
We've always been a massive fan of providing as much awesome-ness for the free individuals plan and have now made the decision to bring free workflows back however without custom templating.
This means while you can create Reminder Emails, you cannot create Custom messages:

We believe this is a good compromise to continue offering people on a FREE Individuals plan the ability to send valuable reminders without running into issues of scammers sending custom templates with harmful content.
